Introduction to Endurance Riding Workshop Sat., June 4

Dr. Taryn Lindbeck will be here 6/4 from 9a.m. to 3p.m. for our Introduction to Endurance Riding Workshop. This unmounted clinic will consist of a classroom session to introduce you to the sport of Endurance riding and will continue with a hands on session to simulate a veterinary check and trot outs with an experienced demo horse. The clinic is geared toward riders new to the sport, either contemplating trying it, or in their first season or two of competition. Follow up sessions will be scheduled for those who would like to compete at the beginner level in our local Boulder Junction Endurance Ride in August. The cost is $25/participant ($5 to be donated to Distance Riding Assoc. of WI)

Dr. Lindbeck has been competing in endurance riding since 2004 and has been a ride vet since 2008. She currently competes with her 16YO Arabian gelding, Rhio, at the 50 mile distance.

Further information and a registration form can be found at We request that registrations be received by May 28th so we have sufficient CD’s and handouts, as well as a head count for lunch which is provided.
